Mild skeletal/dental protrusion can be completely compensated by optimized nose shape — a visual solution for the jaw area. I lower the nasal root, control the tip angle & enhance midface dimensionality: not only will it not look more protruding, it will actually narrow the midface, soften mouth protrusion & make your side profile flatter and smoother.
Fleshy tips are not suited for a high, sharp, upturned nose. For thick soft-tissue nasal tips, I use a tightening + moderate elevation approach — without making it look abrupt or stiff — to maximize refinement while keeping a natural, soft-textured nose.
